Job Description:
1. Services, troubleshoots, replaces, and calibrates all electrical & electronic control system.
2. Executes crane electrical control modification and rewiring using approved modified circuits.
3. Understand Hydraulic circuits and do maintenance work related to mechanical components.
4. Understand mechanical (Pneumatic/Hydraulic) and Electrical (including electronic problem and do trouble shooting.
5. Interprets and analyses electrical / electronic drawings / schematic as applied to equipment of various make and technology.

1. Crane operator must be familiar to the machine must understand its functions and limitations as well as its operating characteristics.
2. Having valid Crane license experience required to operate the machine.
3. Performed daily safety/operating checks to achieve safe operating condition of equipment resulting in decrease in accidents.
4. Being familiar & capable to read the information contained in the crane’s operating manual, load chart and be able to calculate or determine the crane’s actual net capacity for every possible configuration of the machine.
5. Completed documentation, reporting and other office duties such as Deviations for our SOPs, safety compliances, and management directives should be informed by you immediately to your superiors.
6. Assembling, setting up and rigging the crane according to the instruction given in the operational & Rigging manual.
7. Reviewing the planned operation and requirements with the company and customers.
8. Inspected, cleaned, and performed operator level maintenance on equipment in accordance with organization and OEM standard. Maintaining maintenance logbook to keep record of minor major maintenance done on the equipment.
9. Knowledge of local traffic rules & maintaining RTO related papers RC Book, Insurance, PUC, Local Tax also maintaining the record of all inspections done on the equipment like Load test, MPI, NDT etc.
10. Being aware of any site conditions that could affect the crane operation. Be particularly cautious around Powerlines, Weather Condition, Ground condition.
11. Must be familiar with hand signal blind/radio signal maintaining communication with signal persons/ riggers.
